Today was a FAIL.
I did get a work out bringing a table out of storage and upstairs. However that was it. It poured rain outside. Then my oldest daughter flooded out toilet which caused our ceiling in our kitchen (below the bathroom) to start leaking. It was a HUGE mess.
Today was horrible. It was one of those days where I could of sat on the couch and binge ate. I am proud I did watch my portion control. Since I was too busy to workout I wanted to make sure I watched my food intake. So it was a success in that sense.
